Dear all,

The Army Open House 2012 will be held on the 25th to 28th May 2012. NCC will be setting up a booth and West District is in charge of the event. Cadet Officers and Cadets will be working together to decorate, organise and man the booth. As this is a four day event, the remaining four districts will take up one day of duty each.

The confirmed list of committee members will be out at a later date, however if you choose to sign up do keep the dates free and not back out when the date is nearing.

If you are interested to be part of the Army Open House Booth Committee, please reply to the email sent out by West Admin by 18th February 2012, 2200hr.

38th Annual Kayaking Expedition - 10 June to 13 June

HQ NCC (Sea) will be conducting the 38th Annual Kayaking Expedition (AKE) from 10 June to 13 June 2012. HQ NCC would like to invite cadet officers from other districts to participate as facilitators at the event .

However, please take note that there might be some clash of activities such as Camps, TF etc so do not sign up for courses on the same date if chosen.

There are 4 departments in which interested cadet officers can apply for as a facilitator. For more details, please refer to the email sent by West Admin.

Dear all,

Manpower is greatly needed for the Shooting Competition Finals on 23rd November 2011.

3 to 4 Cadet Officers are needed for each morning and afternoon shift, best if there were to be 3 to 4 Cadet Officers who could help out the whole day.

Details are as follow:

Event: Shooting Competition Finals

Reporting time: 0700hrs/0800hrs/1300hrs
Venue: HQNCC/Nee Soon Camp/Nee Soon Camp
Attire: No. 4

Do note that the morning shift starts at 0800hrs and that the afternoon shift starts at 1300hrs.
Shuttle bus service will be provided at Khatib MRT, from 0720hrs onwards and from 1130hrs to 1430hrs.
Lunch will also be provided.

If all goes well, the Cadet Officers helping out will get a chance to compete.
