West District Tee/ Promotion Forms

Dear Cadet Officers,

Please note that we are taking final orders for the west district tee. Cost is $14 each. Please send in name, intake, hp no. and size to admin email by 26 August. Payment will be made upon collection.

For those who have already paid for the tee shirt, you need not pay again.

Schools can buy the west tee as well but they MUST put their school logos behind. Schools are to contact the suppliers themselves. Information of supplier is shown below.
